We stand behind the quality of our storage and organization products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit for your space or needs. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward and helpful as our products.
1. Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags and parts included.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Products
Based on the nature of our product categories, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cleaning Products & Tools: All items in the Cleaning, Brushes, and Dusters categories for health and hygiene reasons.
- Personal & Specialty Items: Products from Specialty Products that are personalized, opened, or used for specific hygiene-sensitive purposes.
- Opened or Used Items: Any product where the original seal is broken, packaging is damaged, or shows signs of use.

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to our warehouse address provided in the instructions.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
3. Return/Exchange Request Email Template
To expedite your request, please copy and paste the template below into an email to [email protected] and fill in the bracketed information.
4. Refunds & Credits
Refund Timeline & Method:
- Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or PayPal to post the refund to your account.
- Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee (for Standard Shipping) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
- Store Credit: If you choose store credit, it will be issued as an electronic gift card via email immediately upon return approval.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different product or size:
- Follow the standard return process outlined above, indicating “Exchange” as your preferred resolution and specifying the desired item.
- We will ship the replacement item once the original return is received and inspected. You will receive a tracking number for the new shipment.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it is of lower value, you will receive a refund for the difference.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please include photos of the product and packaging in your email.
