2.1 Product Range: We specialize in thoughtfully designed storage and organization solutions for the home. Our categories include Accessories, Auto, Bedroom, Brushes, Cabinet, Children’s, Cleaning, Closets, Countertop, Doormats, Drawer, Dusters, Fridge & Freezer, Hampers & Baskets, Kitchen, Laundry, Laundry Bags, Pantry, Shelf Liner, and Specialty Products.
2.2 Product Information: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color or design may occur. If a product does not meet your expectations, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All items in the Cleaning, Brushes, and Dusters categories.
- Personalized or opened items from the Specialty Products category.
- Any item with broken seals, damaged packaging, or signs of use.
Defective or incorrect items in these categories will be addressed on a case-by-case basis—please contact us immediately.
3. Orders and Payment Terms
3.1 Order Process: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order via email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we send you an order confirmation and/or when the item ships.
3.2 Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
3.3 Order Changes and Cancellations: You may request to modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered the processing stage (1-2 business days after payment).
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Regions: We ship to most regions globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country.
4.2 Processing and Delivery Times:
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
4.3 Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. The delivery date is calculated from the day the order leaves our warehouse, not the purchase date.
4.4 Your Responsibility: Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the product passes to you. Please inspect deliveries promptly.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
5.1 Return/Exchange Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
5.2 Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags and parts. Your order number is required as proof of purchase.
5.3 Process:
- Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Securely pack the item with the RMA number inside and ship to our provided address.
- We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you of the resolution.
5.4 Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Store credit, if chosen, is issued as an electronic gift card upon approval.
5.5 Exchanges: Follow the standard return process, indicating “Exchange” and your desired item. We will ship the replacement after receiving and inspecting the original. Price differences will be reconciled.
5.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return and expedite a replacement or refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 General Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop Smart Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
6.2 Product Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any misuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow product instructions.
6.3 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, or supply chain disruptions.
